
Today was our second annual summer farm dinner. Each year, we invite a group of friends and family out to our farm for a family-style dinner. These are people who have helped us make our dream of owning a vineyard in the Willamette Valley come true, generously sharing their knowledge, experience and (in many cases) labor.
Once again, we were incredibly fortunate to have the team from Spatzle and Speck work their magic with the food. The wine selection was again composed almost exclusively of Spanish white wines. We are already counting the days until next year's dinner to see what Karl, Alex and the rest of the team have in store for us.
