Single-vineyard white wine made with Aligoté Doré grapes grown in the Willamette Valley in Oregon.

2022 Aligoté

A late spring frost resulted in a later ripening for these grapes. It shows in the wines with vibrant acidity, even after full malolactic fermentation, and a textural chalky nature. Himalayan salt, oyster brine, crushed oyster shell, pomelo pith and lemongrass. The vibrancy of the vintage shows with both bright green and gold acidity.

2022 Chenin Blanc

Our block of Chenin Blanc was impacted by the April frost, resulting in a small yield of late-ripening fruit. The wine is powerful and structured. White nectarine, wet white mineral clay and magnolia blossom. Saline notes are present as a reminder of our afternoon breezes from the nearby coast. The wine saw light maceration to help bring texture and weight to the small, late harvest.

Single-vineyard red wine made with a special selection of Gamay Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon.

2022 Gamay Noir

Showing the elegance of the cooler year, this wine has spice and an expansive and elegant palate. Black raspberry, cardamom, pomegranate, tea leaf, wild alpine berry fruits, black pepper and crushed earth.

2021 Blanc de Blancs

A rich and textured traditional method sparkling wine with savory and salty complexity. A nod to grower champagne. Meyer lemon, chamomile and a briny and minerally finish. Aligoté (40%) delivers freshness and acidity while the Chardonnay (60%) provides rich citrus and orchard fruits.
